Goodwill design, from source to recycling.

We are committed to continuous improvement in material selection, packaging plastic reduction, recycling and supply chain governance, and to making key information publicly available in the Transparency File.

The above documents are subject to the latest published version.

Target - Paper and Printing

FSC Certified Paper

Gradually switch to FSC certified & monochrome inks; no laminating & over-decorating.

Milestones: specification determination, supply chain switchover, sampling review

Objective - Plasticity reduction and stress resistance

EVA/paper pulp inner tray + tamper-evident seal

Reduced foam/plastic sealing, with recyclable inner tray and disposable tamper-evident seal, combining pressure resistance and anti-counterfeiting.

Milestones: structural strength verification, transportation stress test

Objective - Recycling and recovery

Recycling Program

Set up recycling scenarios and partnering points during the year, and publicize how much is recycled and where it goes.

Milestones: cooperation on the ground, notes left on file, annual reports made public

Objective - Supply Chain Governance

Supplier Code

Establish a supplier code of conduct and self-assessment checklist, and conduct random audits when necessary.

Milestones: Guidelines issued, signatures retained, corrective action closed

Our four pillars

1) Materials and Compliance

Our products are mainly TPU/PC. We have established material compliance lists, prioritizing RoHS, REACH, and the restriction lists of common consumer electronic parts; for magnetic parts, we pay attention to the magnet coating and corrosion resistance. After mass production, we will send samples for testing or provide third-party reports according to the project.

  • Materials are labeled truthfully and necessary specifications are disclosed on the page with "Transparent File".
  • Establishment of supplier material compliance commitment and retention mechanism
  • Substitution and upgrading roadmap for at-risk materials

2) Packaging and Plastic Reduction

The package adopts EVA/paper pulp inner tray and OPP bag warning, the outer box is not over-decorated; one-piece tamper-evident seal to protect after-sale identification. Reduce plastic and laminating film, replace overpacking with structural compression resistance and reasonable stacking.

  • Preferred use of FSC certified paper and monochrome inks
  • Outer box "compliance information + necessary illustrations" is sufficient; no meaningless fillers
  • Transportation tests: drop/stack/stress, data recorded in upgrade logs

3) Recycling and recovery

Launch of old shell recycling program (mail-in recycling/co-op drop-off), with thank-you coupons issued upon completion (subject to event announcement). Annual recycling quantities, sorting and destinations are published in the "Transparent File".

4) Responsible Supply Chain

Together with our partners, we follow the Supplier Code of Conduct, which focuses on labor, human rights, health and safety, and environmental management. We encourage factory self-assessment and improvement and reserve the right to conduct on-site/remote audits when necessary.

  • Prohibition of forced/child labor; legal compliance with working hours and remuneration
  • Chemicals Management and Waste Segregation; Emergency Preparedness and Drill
  • Violation rectification and review to close the loop

Road map and targets

Phase I - moving forward

2025

  • Publication of the Sustainability Policy Supplier Code
  • Packaging upgrade: EVA/paper pulp inner tray + tamper-evident seal
  • Transparent file added: Transportation/compression test records

Phase II - Continuous Improvement

2026

  • More Models Switching FSC Paper & Monochrome Inks
  • Recycling program covers more drop-off points
  • Annual supplier self-assessment and sampling mechanism online

Stage III - Openness and transparency

2027

  • Publish annual summary of recycling and material use data
  • Establishment of substitution and carbon reduction assessment methodology for key materials
  • User education: normalization of care and life extension guidelines

Note: The above are internal targets and paths, the actual is based on the announcement and annual report.

Supplier Code of Conduct

  • Compliance: Compliance with applicable laws, regulations and industry norms
  • Labor and human rights: prohibition of forced/child labor; respect for freedom of association
  • Hours of work and remuneration: payment in accordance with the law, transparency of records
  • Health and safety: protection training, fire emergency, equipment spot checks
  • Environmental management: compliant storage and disposal of chemicals/wastes
  • Business ethics: anti-bribery, conflict of interest declarations
  • Audit and rectification: self-assessment-sampling-rectification-review closed loop
  • Data retention: material compliance, test reports and traceability information

FAQ

Single-color printing satisfies the message, reduces ink and processes; it is visually more restrained and consistent with the product's temperament.

Subject to the event announcement. After completing the recycling, we will send the thank you coupon via email or designated channels.

The one-time tamper-evident seal makes it easy for after-sales to determine whether it has been opened/used, reducing the risk of disputes and secondary circulation.

Annual recall data, critical test and upgrade logs are centrally disclosed on the Transparency Archive page.
